I'm scratching my head wounding where the constant sell volume is coming from. Just can't seem to break above mid 40's.
I wonder if this is being kept range bound for a reason. Would have thought that funds would be taking decent positions in this one now.
Possible the uncertain use of the cash holdings is the shackle here. Personally im not overly concerned about that.
