I think what he's saying is that there are research houses, which may or may not use phrases such as "turn $2.50 into $17 million dollars! Here's how one man did it..."
At one point they tipped OVL as the next big thing ... and now they're saying meh, sell. And it doesn't mean that they are right or wrong, but the herd listened.
PS. Actually by sentiment should be hold at these levels. Announcement coming through, not sure what it reads yet.
