Probably into Billions by now but who is counting ?
The punters who got in when plant was first built or near the top of SP are still down 95% from the high point, even if they average down they would be underwater. Not that they would ever admit such thing, but you can tell them by the way they know everything about Lynas and RE in general.
Anyone who bought in when the Lynas was on the verge of bankruptcy would have got out with a nice profit and moved on prior to consolidation.
Lucky for us NTU has decided to start small rather then take loans of hundreds of millions and then spend the next 20 years putting all profits into paying down the interest, paying down the capital by diluting our holdings and issuing shares to bondholders at less then half the market price. Well done GB and the rest of NTU management, better to keep it small and nimble to start with and we'll grow organically with time.
