Have people given up on ROL? A capex of just $41 million? I don't get it: 200 holes, many like these, have been drilled since the January 2012 JORC which had:
45.3 Million tonnes at 0.41 g/t Au, 19 g/t Ag (1.2 million ounces of Au equivalent). Which included a sulphide resource of 35.6 million tonnes at 0.12% Cu, 0.89% Pb and 0.86% Zn.
So its going to be a lot better than that.
Plus there is the manganese resource - 738,000 tonnes at 41.1% Mn. Say you mine half of that and get a margin of $50 per tonne from $3 x 41.1 ($20/t mining, $20/t processing, $20/t transport, $10/t admin) that alone is worth $18 million.
OK, Indonesia has issued strict regulations for export and there is sovereign risk. Still - what am I missing?
