Folks it was over in literally 45 seconds. Lawyer stated he spoke with the company secretary yesterday and he confirmed the company had reached out to shareholders in question by letter but heard nothing. The secretary did get some phone calls from SHs relating to the share issue. The judge was happy with the work CLZ have done the passed month and something about an order being granted early new year with the reasoning.
