Yes,MCR consolidating but still appears to be in a holding pattern.
Nickel prices still have a long way to go before they even consider starting up their mines again, ,could take a few years yet to get to the stage where it would become profitable.
Once Gold operations get closer to production,then the sp should start to move up.
