I agree that there is not much value attributed to Torrens built into the AIS SP (there appears to be none from my calculations), just this is what I am interested in. I think that ARE will run harder on news of the Torrens drilling starting than AIS despite ARE owning only 30%. Speculation is rarely rational, but it will be very interesting to see what happens.
I have the amount of ARE I want, now I just have to bring my AIS holding up to the level I want. This is not easy as AIS is so tightly held.
