You have the basic info summarised quite well there, I can only add that the Eloise ore bodies are steep dipping and deep, despite never having a shaft haulage system installed (which makes for epic trucking times to truck ore up the spiral decline) the grades are high enough to keep mining except in exceptionally low Cu price periods when the mine has been on C&M (in the late 1990s and early 2000s if I remember correctly). Mine is deep and hot and required installation of refrigerated ventilation plus mine may run on diesel gensets (so may not have grid power connection). Obviously there is an accommodation camp and probably an airstrip already there. Been a while since I have been in the area so some of this info may be a little out of date.
