Hi McHale
Can't disagree with what you've written, except that the s/p should be much higher than "high thirties". It is clear that management have no interest in promoting the company's discovery, which without doubt is very substantial. They say a new resource statement will be released early in Q1 2019, and Speccy, I see that you think that some sort of corporate action will take place around that. In the normal course of events I think that makes a lot of sense, but this is not normal. OCP control AML. Now. They don't have to wait until they get 50%, they have the shares fully paid, they have the warrants, exercisable at 16c each. 45% or so is plenty enough to control a junior explorer.
The management could sit on their bums and continue to drag this out until the end of 2019 (and clearly get paid a motza for doing so), until OCP have to find the $$ to exercise the warrants. A bankable feasibility study could take many months, even longer, dragging this into 2020.
I fear that McHale you are correct - s/holders will get shafted by some dodgy corporate deal that will slip past the regulators, and OCP or whoever is backing them get control at a fraction of the true worth.
Didn't take my happy pills today, and I'm in a downer mood. Gee I hope I'm wrong.
