Interesting developments in the DRC overnight with Kabilla holding a press conference to name a successor only to not name one - with a text pending to inform who it is (might be himself, but press indicating their insiders suggest it will be a fresh candidate). This could be a lift on a lot of uncertainty/negativity and threats of US sanctions etc.
