Only noticed the company secretary/CFO resigning.

Whether it is a good or bad thing for the company I don't know.

He was knowledgable about company aspects beyond? his role as well as good enough to discuss aspects of the company with me at meetings and over the phone.

I suspect it was a bitter sweet thing for the company after 2 and a half years of AB being CFO and secretary plus probably a smooth and well considered transition to the "newbie".

Bring on the new chapter - the remaining team and "newbie" should be very capable of delivering something shareholders old and new have been waiting for a long time.
