I've been watching announcements come out the last 3 or so months and bump the price up from 6.5 cents to between 8 and 9 cents and sometimes even 10cents. The buyers (after the announcement) are willing to buy around or just under these increased prices and then certain sellers appear selling back down at 7.0 to 7.5cents. Why would they do that when they could just as easily make a cent more per share.... I'm just not understanding this strategy.
