    Hartleys essentially control this stock

    over the last two capital raisings done with Hartleys, the Hartleys clients received 45.723 million free options

    it is Hartleys doing 99% of the selling; my guess is they have sold around 18 million now

    if you want to buy, just put your order in the queue

    Hartleys will probably fill it
