These sample results are hugely encouraging because it confirms the presence of Copper-Cobalt mineralisation in the area where the new target zones have been identified. It increases the likelihood that the identified anomalies (that are less than 200 metres away) are new sulphide copper-cobalt deposits.

I would agree with "Load" that selective rock chip samples are generally released by companies trying to ramp up their price on an old project that is pretty much completely mined out. Riedel however is a very different beast.

Riedel is not necessarily looking to continue mining the existing mine but instead has identified many new potential deposits (mines) that look very similar in size and structure to the high grade historic La Profunda mine. Given the high value of ore mined from the original single mine (La Profunda) imagine the upside potential for Riedel if they identify 10 to 20 new high grade ore pipes.
