Tone i bought some more yesterday. the small cap market has been horrible all year. People either dont have risk for this or people arent flush with spare money. I kind of think the later & starting to reflect in property prices on the decline. In the chairman's address, i completely 100% agree; "Despite the tough equity market conditions, I have never been more confident in the position of this company and the path that it has to a profitable and valuable business" & "The last twelve months have been the most progressive in the history of the company."

HXG has tremendous value right now. As i have previously stated the timeline for development are the legal dates & if MIN want to get cracking (which i sense & now have a big tailwind of capital after the sale) everybody in time will be very happy.
