Hi Guys,
its my undrstanding that there was ground water polution problems at the site, which was originally pointed and Heron and the previous mining operation.
I understand Heron had the water analyised and the offending chemicals were more likely cuased by the waste that was being dumped into the old open pit by Veolia, which cuased a falling out between Heron and Veolia.
This was important as the finance could not be put in place until the agreemnet was in place.
SO, its my understanding that the hurdle that was being unreported to the market has now been addressed.
the above info is unsubstianciated and came from me snooping around and asking questions so I cant say 100% that this is fact, just what I have been told.
Good luck Herron shareholders and poo on you directors for not keeping the market informed.
