I do vaguely recall someone asking a similar question to yours at the last AGM, mtm, and Rimas' response was somewhere along the lines of "It's going to take us a while to get the permitting done... maybe not as long as Hera but it could still be quite a while so we're going to get around to that asap, however, they've made the permit process increasingly difficult and detailed... so we really need to be able to present everything we intend to do with nymagee and how we will integrate it before we do too much else'.
