I have made this point before.
We actually only have 8 Directors but some don't show up for meetings
so it looks like we got more. We have been giving options out to people
that show up for 50% or less of meetings. I am quite surprised to see the attendance record.
How does one add value to a growing company when they don't show up
most of the time?
I am a parent of a growing child and I know how important it is to show up.
