WG159 i'm not sure I agree with your assessment of mgt. In my experience mgt (on both sides) are the biggest barrier to more of these deals so I applaud both sides and I expect shareholders will get the benefits of this both in the short and long term.

I dont expect anyone on Hotcopper has their head around the Janus business so the devil may be in the detail.
If anyone is on the teleconference tonight and wants to share their views I would appreciate.

Up 14% on LSE at the moment. Well received so far.

I don't get the co-CEO thing though. Prefer one CEO. Hopefully it's a temporary measure whilst the merger is bedded down.
