    I don't think it's good deal long term ...
    Large fund tend to under perform so more withdraw down the road.

    Henderson is not too big and not too small so it perform well, the merge entity
    I reckon long term they will perform worse.

    The US market is also peak and now they have more exposure to the US market
    What Happen when it has a correction?

    More withdraw and draw down?

    This deal is good for Janus but not for Anderson
