Give that it's along a large strike length & 110Mt, it's definitely going to be more than one pit. There's no current infrastructure DIRECTLY supporting the location.
Lets give the DSO $40/t minus taxes/royalties/costs
~ $4.4B revenue roughly, not a bad find at all. That's conservative.
Given that contract IO prices look like they're on the way OUT, spot market IO prices may drive the price of IO well over their current ~$120/t levels in the future making this worth alot more.
