I'm by no means an expert here, however I thought the last few announcements from HLX seemed positive and 'moving forward' ones; and yet have only resulted in the SP dropping.
What does everyone think will be a catalyst for the SP to go up? What is it going to take?
Or is it more a macro thing where a lot of these small explorers are suffering?
