    I would suggest the lawyers MRQ are using are not exactly first class. They should have dug deeper into this situation. Poor diligence.

    As for the SP, it drop 2 pips in one go, to a point lower than it was even before they talked about this aquisition. Stupid panic selling thats completely unjustified.
