You would think that the expiration of "existing agreements" with an entity you propose to acquire, in the context of a company the size and scale of MRQ, would be material news. The tables don't change this much in 1 day (Friday), so clearly there has been some serious shifting of the sands (excuse the pun) over the past couple of months with respect to the acquisition.
I would suggest that Directors may have breached their continuous disclosure obligations here.
