Gotta say tried to put a big deal in Africa through a couple of years back .... solar power plant needed 100mW of licences .... everyone would of been rich .... problem was I had 20 people with 5 mW licences all wanting 50% of the company!
If they all bandied together and accepted the 2% they could have been pretty bloody wealthy and realised the potential of their little 5mW licence but in all honesty they just didn't have the brain power to see the forest from the trees.
Pretty much looks like exactly the same thing happened to MRQ ..... mineral sands turned into shifting sands as it always seems to do in Africa.
There is a reason why civilisation started there and it's still the last place to be developed properly.
People there just don't get it unfortunately .... they don't understand a good deal and always want more to the point where the deal no longer is good for both parties and the other party walks away.
