The terms proposed were very generous.

I was exceptionally pleased with the benchmarks proposed,escrowing of shares and the relatively small cash payment.

Two things, in my opinion could be distilled here.

If vendors aren't willing to accept generous share packages, then those vendors - in my opinion - do not believe in the project.

If there is no upside in the self-belief of the vendor - who has the intimate knowledge - why would there be upside for the shareholder?

Secondly, the reasons for the delays - before the final decision to cancel - are there for all and sundry to see.

Above is my own personal opinion and it is important for shareholders to draw their own conclusions with regards these ASX announcements.

Looking forward to a much better acquisition, especially as we are valued as a shell.

Looking forward to a possible sale in Sweden.

And looking forward to seeing what happens in Mozambique with regards to mineral sands projects.
