I do think it good form when companies offer a rights issue together with a CR. Looks after holders and places shares in hands already committed to the company.
I guess the CR to sophs can be done super quick without formal prospectus and offers benefit in terms of speed. Silver lining in this case... at least SRZ can get on with the drilling ASAP now
