The company is 100% focused on the vanadium. They have already been been proactive in restructuring the company and had a name change. As the announcement 13 August 2018, which was voted on at the AGM and announced in the constitution announcement 28 November 2018.

It would enable them in the future to more readily sell or J/V one or either project. If they floated off the gold it would be called Kimberley Gold Ltd.
The existing subsidiary, Speewah Mining Pty Ltd, will continue to own 100% of the Vanadium, Titanium, Iron, Fluorspar projects.
