A lot of words from Canavan which merely confirms that the Fed Govt is doing nothing to help with the development of down stream processing. In fact I believe they don't even know where to start. Unfortunately the "alternative" govt is no better so we will need individual organisations to continue to lead the way and make things happen. That also, unfortunately, means foreign ownership. I wish the relevant ministers would get their act together quickly and develop sensible policies to make it happen.
