more like 13-1 and no its not a good deal, back door listing, nothing for Two way share holding and Gerald Tan Director(Main Ace) taking control which was obviously the plan.
They keep telling us shareholder value but they wouldn't know them and certainly not delivering it.hey but they still get there board fees
