In terms of the escrow shares, it is what it is really.  Of course, after this, there may be more sellers on the market, but its something all holders will need to deal with.  It's certainly much better that these shares coming out of escrow whilst the company is making progress.  If they were released from escrow with no imminent newsflow or past recent progress, it would certainly create more reasons to sell.  Will be interesting to see how many people offload on day 1.  Let's hope that most are happy to hold!
