The signing of the HoA between MRL and IMAGINE will give the Company access to a network of advanced manufacturing enterprises and scientific expertise that would not normally be available to a junior mining company.

This is one of the Historic moments we can look back on and add to our Mind-maps in my opinion...

I think that this Partnership is just the tip of the iceberg.


The proposed Co-operative agreements between MRL and Imagine are intended to maximize revenue opportunities for both parties through develop premium price graphene solutions for high volume industrial markets.

I think combined with the Drastically Reduced Capex and Opex this news about Premium Prices makes the Value of MRF get even more openly indicative of the Management Range for Veiners.

Even as the world stumbles this is good news for MRF and Sri Lanka in my opinion. This and the expected positive Outcomes and Investment Drivers are all making Flakers to sit up and notice SL Vein Graphite.

- Permitting at Bopitiya/Pandeniya. Production development Aluketi-ya, Q1 15, Commercial production within 3 months of ramp-up;

- Production at Aluketiya, Q2 15, Cashflow; and

- Further Acquisition, Ground based exploration, Ongoing, MRF’s thirteen other exploration projects.

I think including this new partnership it makes the Investment Drivers and Expected Positive Outcomes accelerated by the Resources of the Partner. I would not be surprised to see more Dormant Mines Acquired and a Graphene Facility started and announced this year. It is only logical in my opinion to be aggressive this year. Infrastructure started early finishes early...

When counting cards in Black Jack you use a basic point system and wait until towards the back of the shoe it becomes flush with high cards. This puts the odds in your favor. Many investors are Growth investors who wait until it is flush and that is a good strategy. Value investors are different. They use Fundamentals to buy low. An example of this is Peer Comparison.

I predict more long termers who are Flakers will be showing up and I will be interested to see their posts over the next 6 months.
