    Mindax has signed a HOA agreement with Japans Sumitomo Corporation to acquire up to a 70% stake in the DSO component of Mt Forrest by spending up to $115 million.

    Mindax was one of the few Yilgarn explorers without a major JV partner so hopefully this box will be ticked after due diligence is completed.
