Hi Gus, thanks for your efforts and the info. That text seems like a really nice way of saying GLC pick up bargain basement deals and make a shedload of money out of it. No problem with that at all. Just to clarify tho (and I've been a long time with this debacle and know you have too) does it mean that if this deal went through that PLA holders would become holders in GLC as in the proposed Jubilee deal? Or, can GLC buy the assets and then the administrator pays out creditors, take their fee and tell us sorry but there's nothing left in the cupboard? Would appreciate your opinion.
