There is no doubt she would have had to get 'permission' from Facebook to come on board for this while still remaining the head of Whatapp in APAC. Will be interesting to see if just done because of some 'sense of social responsibility' or if there is some kind of synergistic tieup between Whatsapp and FZO, for example some kind of bolton filter on Whatsapp.
