I think that you are on the money - shelston file stuff, but ahurei look after the IP internally and advise on strategy/commercialisation. looks to be a symbiotic/collaborative approach to moving their IP along. One that would result in more commercial focus in my opinion.
Hazer does have a big portfolio that would require a lot of management in addition to filing them.
