    re: Ann: Hazelwood signs trade finance terms ... Vietnamese GOV said NO ELECTRICITY for HAZ because North Vietnam is currently imported electricity from South China. HAZ has to pay in USD plus high margin for monopoly Vietnamese Electricity Company owned by State if HAZ would like to use electricity for its production. Many people try to resolve this problem in VN.
