    re: Ann: Hazelwood signs trade finance terms ... trouble is we never know exactly where the company is at as they tend to wait to the quarterly to release any information regarding Vietnam. Everything you mention is correct but they have always been cautious about the timing of when to purchase feedstock which leads me to think that hot commissioning is sooner rather than later.
