I suppose if we have to pay back the $13m it is like an interest free loan, and the money allowed Nick to complete the PFS which gives the project greater value, so a pretty good deal to regain 100% of a now higher valued project and pay nothing for it. But I will be extremely surprised if ASI doesn't take up the JV directly.
