I have no problem with CAP issuing shares to raise $13mill to get 100% of Hawsons. I was just wondering why Iplyae was talking about CAP having to issue 100m shares. Its not clear in his post. At 30c just over 40mill shares would be required, not 100mill.
So unless CAP also wanted to have another $16mill or so over & above the $13mill for something else, no more than $13mill needs be raised.
