Ken Williams plans to stay as a director until a replacement is found, I had not considered that would happen.

Surely, with the performance versus their stated objectives over the past year there must be major changes made to the management team. 

Our reporting to the ASX and compliance with the ASX rules have been poorly handled. The sale of Portia has not yet worked in our favour.

We are in debt. We have multiple reserves and resources, What is up for sale? Are there any potential buyers?. 

Beware the "rosy outlook for IO sales and other  feel good stories".

Believe me, I want to see HAV succeed, I have held stock since the float in February 2002. Without radical changes it is going to be a very long time coming.
