Totally agree VERMILION. The performance fees continue to be a massive rort.Shareholders should send a blunt message to HDF Investor relations expressing their outrage, I have done so. My concern is that this rort may convince retail shareholders to accept the Takeover offer which I also consider to be a JOKE.We are stuck between a ripoff in fees and an undervalued TO offer. The outcome of the TO is in the hands of institutional investors and I know that some continue to be outraged as evidenced by the yearly AGM anger at these fees.
