Presumably the market is taking a dim view of the decline in EBITDA margin with no apparent plans to restore it to the company's normal level, just an observation that the acquired business is lower margin than we are used to. If it is intrinsically low margin, why did we buy it? If it is not, how are we going to increase it? I would have hoped to see more about this in the report. It's a great company and I have held it for many years. Let's hope it can knock this new business into shape!
