Possible explanations for the SP reaction to the result.

HSN have lost a long standing customer who contributed $3.5m to yearly revenue. HSN has provided I.T. support for the last 26 years to a Superannuation firm. This is a service that's no longer core to HSN & margins were small.

The FY16 revenue was boosted by a backlog of work pushed through the recently acquired Telebilling & the FY17 contribution will be less as they return to a normal level of billing.

Despite the loss of revenue from those factors, HSN has guided for an increase to revenue next year.

The markets negative reaction might of been due to the loss of the long standing customer. Possible disappointment that the FY17 revenues weren't larger than HSN guided.

Neither is an issue for me. If the lost customer was from a core part of the business such as billing then there might be cause for concern. HSN guidence of approx 14% revenue growth is also fine with me. HSN does not operate in a fast growing dynamic sector. If your lucky they will announce a further acquisitions that will boost revenue.

My final thought is that the SP has risen sharply this year & perhaps looks expensive.

I'm happy with the report & the future prospects for HSN.
