Agreed - they made a mistake here, but like I've said in a previous post its their first hiccup since I bought in and looking back they've generally handled adversity and hiccups quite well. The last was back in 2010-2012 I beleive. Following that revenue growth continued unabated.
I think HSN should recover reasonably quickly, it's a very well known and well regarded company.
As value investors say you can now buy Hansen on sale at nearly 40% off.
