Not quite. By full contribution from Enoro I meant 12 months plus future realisaton of the margin opportunity (ie raising EBITDA margin from 16% to 25%+, ignoring timing).
Assuming the Enoro margin lift is realised HSN's on a market multiple, which implies an option over value accretion from future acquisitions. Given the company's history that's a pretty good deal imo
