Seems that lots of comments overseas US and Canada as to why would they give away the +US$38 million penalty.

Any company doing this has too much money or they are crackers BUT I would like to hear MORE as to todays announcement.

What actually has occured - yes deadline was by 24th March but what was the final outcome - is there some more coming?
Perhaps Dr D Fisher will have more for us soon?

Still according to the announcement its all FORWARD and even though as fontenay said patience and rewards will come .

THIS deal is MEGA and the truckloads of money are ready to be distributed at Spinefex Ridge.

So FIRST truck load about say 15th April 2010 or thereabouts.
Watch out for a shares spike beforehand because we know that the trucks would be arolling.

OBVIOUSLY the indicaters these last 2 weeks said it all- no definite payout- interesting how the shares had played this line also - very FLAT.
