Topwon not sure why this announcement would cause a price strike? It informs the market that the Hanlong announcement (which was expected last week) may not come for another two weeks, it also advises cut-off dates for Debt repayment and project finance have been extended. All in all things are progressing but nothing has been finalised including the final tick from the big boys in China.
Great stuff - it's all coming together but timing expectations have not been met and as someone with a rather extended position in these babies i don't get a boner when i'm informed i have to wait a 'little longer'.
I understand these things take time and i look forward to a significant roi in the near future.
