I am very surprised that Hanking aren't buying on market. They could immediately pick up 15mil shares at below their offer price and that would give themselves a better chance of the take over succeeding and they'd be getting the shares cheaper?!?
Must say I'm a bit confused by the whole situation.....
Does the current 12-15% discounted share price (to t/o offer) mean the market doesn't think the take over will get over the line.... which needs 50% yeah?
