Emerger8, agreed what you mean, but sometime it is hard to do so without a major shareholder leading the fight. You need to remember in PGO's case, all board members and management team are with Hanking, how can you expect to win?
Sometimes I just need to take it and go, and find a new company at least without this doggy management.
